Sandra Valeriote, Administrative Assistant of OVC Pet Trust with Nicole Iarusci, UofG student and Punk for Paws organizer. Both are presenting the proceeds from Punk for Paws outside the main building of Ontario Veterinary College. This past Thursday, I was lucky enough to experience another 'Punk for Paws' event at Lee's Palace. This was the second concert fundraiser I promoted for OVC Pet Trust ( www.pettrust.ca ). From ticket sales and donations, we raised a total of $2,025.00! The donation to OVC Pet Trust will support research in the veterinary field and help our pets live healthier and happier lives. It is bittersweet to wrap up Punk for Paws 2019. After months of planning, t here is no better feeling than walking into the venue and realizing the show date has arrived. It was great to see family, friends, and unfamiliar faces enjoy a night of live music for a great cause. Punk for Paws ...
